苹果公司指控刘在三月份使用 LTspice(一款电子工程工具)运行了电路原理图文件进行模拟。在当时的几条信息中,刘表示他的人工智能 agent 学会了运行 LTspice 并查看结果。
苹果公司认为,当商业秘密信息被输入到人工智能代理或模型中并从中学习时,这种学习 “可能会造成商业秘密的不可逆转且不断传播的使用”。
苹果公司表示,被告决定不去检查笔记本电脑,而是选择 “提出一些设备数据已经驳斥的理论”。
此外,苹果公司之所以得知刘使用了该原理图,是因为他将其用于一台 Mac mini 电脑,而这台电脑后来通过 iCloud 与他从苹果公司拿走的 MacBook 电脑同步。苹果公司现在也想获取这台 Mac mini 电脑的访问权限。
