昨天，学术会议 NeurIPS 官方发布声明，正式就征稿规则风波道歉，承认问题根源在于「NeurIPS 基金会与法律团队之间的沟通误解」，并表示「从未打算在强制性合规义务之外限制投稿」。NeurIPS 同步宣布已更新投稿手册，与 ACM、IEEE 及其他国际会议和往届 NeurIPS 的投稿规则保持一致，重申「欢迎所有符合合规要求的机构和个人提交论文」。
